New Dates Coming Soon

Get on our list and be the first to get the opportunity to sign up, before new course dates go public.

Beginner / Intermediate Level

We set the scene for success by starting with the mental and emotional foundations of mountain biking, looking at our motivations, and building skills that help us manage anxiety and nurture positive self-talk whilst riding. From there we apply these techniques as we learn foundation ‘on-bike’ skills on comfortable terrain such as gravel paths and fields, gradually dialing up challenges in line with our growing skillset.

All of this sets us up to successfully lap Green and Bule Singletrack with a newfound sense of comfort and control.

~About You: You’ve picked up Mountain Biking in the last season or two and have been out on some basic paths and trails. You know how to ride a bike but aren’t quite sure of the correct techniques to make Mountain Biking a safe and enjoyable experience. You’re looking for a boost in confidence so that you can enjoy riding ‘Green’ and ‘Blue’ mtb trails with friends and family - with a smile on your dial!

Advanced Level

We set the scene for success by starting with tried and tested mental and emotional techniques for mountain biking, looking at our motivations, and building skills that help us manage anxiety and nurture positive self-talk while riding. From there we apply these techniques as we dial up our ‘on-bike’ skills on comfortable trails, gradually dialing up the challenges and trails in line with our growing skillset.

All this sets us up to successfully lap Black and maybe even some Double Black trails with a newfound sense of comfort and control. Rock Rolls, Roots, and Slabs, we have you covered! Graduate with a drops workshop for the finale.

~ About You: You’ve got a year or few under your belt. You ride regularly and currently feel confident on Blue and Black trails in Squamish and beyond. With that said, you’re open and ready to learn. You may feel like you’ve been experiencing a plateau in your riding or don’t know how to challenge yourself without upping the risk/reward ratio beyond your personal limits. You want to become a rock-solid rider who can focus entirely on whatever makes the sport fun for you - be it going fast, unlocking new features, or keeping up with riding buddies (or kids😉) - whatever it is, you’re ready to drop in and let the learning begin!
