𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏'𝒔 𝑺𝑲𝑰𝑳𝑳𝑺 & 𝑫𝑹𝑰𝑳𝑳𝑺 is a weekly, after work, guided ride that helps you explore trails and features in the company of a professional coach. It's easy and flexible. buy a punch pass for as little as 1 or as many as 10 rides, and then sign up for the rides that suit you! Each ride has a theme skill we discuss during or pedal up, and while we do stop to break down and session some challenging features - we also make an effort to keep the group moving at a nice social pace for the majority of our time together. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿/𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝘅 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝘅 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸. That said, you will not be pressured to ride anything, and walking sections is 100% okay in this setting too.

Cancellation Policy

COURSE/LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY: Your responsibility includes attending coaching sessions as scheduled. Missed sessions may receive makeup information in the next session, but refunds or credits are not given. 20% of the total amount paid is non-refundable due to limited participant spots. Your spot is confirmed only after payment. Cancellation Policy: Within 7 days of course/lesson start: No refund. Within 14 days of course/lesson start: 50% refund, remaining balance forfeited. 14 or more days notice: 80% refund, remaining balance forfeited. COURSE MINIMUM PARTICIPANT RATIO: Courses require a minimum of 3 participants. If not met, we may reschedule or cancel. Participants receive credit or refund. WEATHER POLICY: We may reschedule due to unsafe weather. No refund or credit if rescheduling is not possible or if you can't attend the new date. ~ Please note: we live and ride in a rainforest environment, therefore riding in significant rain events is deemed ‘normal’ and provisions are made to ensure this is safe and enjoyable. It is your responsibility to dress and ride appropriately for the conditions. LESSON PACKAGE COMPLETION POLICY: Lessons must be completed in the booking year. In unforeseen circumstances, store credit may be requested for the next year, subject to approval. BOOKING MODIFICATION POLICY: Changes to date, time, or participant require approval and may incur a $35 fee.
