MTB Coach Training
So you've done the certifications. You've put in the hours behind the bars and on the trail with your students. You know your stuff.
But if we're being honest here, there's likely still one part of coaching that most training seems to miss the mark on: the mental game.

We all know how much the mind has to do with mountain biking. Yet very few coaches - even highly experienced ones - have the tools to actually teach mental skills in a way that's practical, structured, and repeatable. Instead, riders get an inspiring pep talk that makes sense in the moment, but is abstract at its core. The rider nods along, then goes and rides their bike without knowing how to actually apply it, or how to teach it to someone else.

That's the gap we're here to close.

Introducing
The Full Circle Framework™
Everything we teach is built around The Full Circle Framework™ - our proven system for developing mental skills in mountain bikers in a way that's practical, not just inspirational.
Think of it as another book for your shelf. One that sits right alongside your instructor certifications as the next step in your own personal and professional development, helping you become a more well-rounded coach and rider in the process.
Through our Full Circle Coaching Program, we teach you the tools, strategies, and complete framework behind mental skills training for mountain bikers - while also continuing to help you develop your own riding and your own toolkit along the way. You'll walk away with a structured, bike-specific approach to mental skills that you can immediately apply with your own students.
No more abstract conversations where eyes glaze over and fade the moment the ride starts.
What Other Coaches Are Saying
"I found it incredibly valuable and very informative. As an experienced coach who shares an understanding and emphasis on the mental aspects already, I must admit I had some doubts that I would learn something new, but I came at it open-minded.Both in the classroom and on trail, Jake took the pieces of sports psychology I had found in podcasts and articles and through my experience, and neatly packaged them in a bike-specific context that was easy to digest and tremendously relatable to my own riding and coaching alike.
Jake even took the time to prepare little notepads beforehand for each participant to utilize on their rides and journal and collect mental data as a quick, easy tool to get started. As someone who is terrible at keeping notes organized and concise, I greatly appreciated this little step.
Jake's work can add a real asset to any rider or coach's toolkit! Helpful both professionally and personally. I already feel the benefits in my first rides thereafter. Thanks Jake!!!"
