Service Description
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿. Expect to be out on the trails and amongst our epic backdrop of coastal rainforest and loamy soil for the full 6 hours. Your choice of lunch and a snack from our favourite local cafe is supplied as part of the experience. Whether you're visiting town or have lived here for years, having a Professional Coach/Guide hand-pick trails based on your riding experience and goals is a sure-fire way to have the ride of your life. Riding with a guide gives you the confidence that you won't be taken by surprise or find yourself out of your depth. All of our tours include a free optional lesson component if you're looking to tune up your skills, get a confidence boost, and maximise your ability to ride Squamish's unique trail system. Just want to ride? That's cool too - we get it. Tours are paced based on each individual group's thirst for learning and laps. With a massive variety of terrain ranging from the infamous granite slabs of Alice Lake, to the fast loamy trails of Diamond-Head and literally everything in between - we'll ensure you get to the goods without wasting time navigating. Tours start and finish at the Trailhead, and meeting locations are chosen to be as convenient as possible for you. Pickup may be available; reach out to discuss if you require transportation to and from the trailhead.
Cancellation Policy
COURSE/LESSON/PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY: Your responsibility includes attending coaching sessions as scheduled. Missed sessions may receive makeup information in the next session, but refunds or credits are not given. 20% of the total amount paid is non-refundable due to limited participant spots. Your spot is confirmed only after payment. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations outside 30 days of booking: 80% refund of total booking cost. - Cancellations between 30–14 days of booking: 50% refund of total booking cost. - Cancellations within 14 days of booking: No refund provided. GROUP COURSE/WORKSHOP MINIMUM PARTICIPANT RATIO: Group Courses & Workshops require a minimum of 3 participants. If not met, we may reschedule or cancel. Participants receive credit or refund. WEATHER POLICY: We may reschedule due to unsafe weather. No refund or credit if rescheduling is not possible or if you can't attend the new date. ~ Please note: we live and ride in a rainforest environment, therefore riding in significant rain events is deemed ‘normal’ and provisions are made to ensure this is safe and enjoyable. It is your responsibility to dress and ride appropriately for the conditions. LESSON PACKAGE COMPLETION POLICY: Lessons must be completed in the booking year. In unforeseen circumstances, store credit may be requested for the next year, subject to approval. BOOKING MODIFICATION POLICY: Changes to date, time, or participant require approval and may incur a $35 fee.
