Suspension Masterclass
Stop guessing and start making informed suspension adjustments.
Service Description
4 hr on trail Masterclass consisting of a trailside session about how your suspension actually works, understanding what the parts are (Damper, spring, etc), and holding them in your hands as they explain how setup changes affect these components. From there, Rob from Tuned Bicycles (World Cup MTB Mechanic) will walk us through the knowledge base required to set up our suspension for baseline settings, how to 'feel' if it's good or bad, and how to know which adjustments to make for changing seasons, riding different locations, and styles of trail. Then we'll hit the trail - lapping a fun yet techy enough section of trail like lower Angry M, actually getting to 'feel' what we just learned about, while Rob gives each of you expert feedback on suggested adjustments. **Important Notes:** *For the best experience, ensure your suspension has been serviced within the last 6 months. *The setup/adjustment principles taught apply to all suspension brands. *Suitable for riders matching our Skill Profiles 4-6 (you need to be confident lapping lower Angry M (Black Diamond rated trail) at 80% speed, while also thinking about how your suspension feels. The goal isn’t to perfect your setup in one day - it’s to give you the knowledge and confidence to continue tuning and improving your suspension as conditions change. Why Join This Masterclass? - Stop guessing and start making informed suspension adjustments. - Experience real-world application with expert guidance. - Gain the skills to ensure your bike is always performing at its best.
