Like all of our MTB Expeditions, this one starts the moment we get on the phone to chat about your riding experience and what you'd like to get out of this experience. We take the time to thoroughly understand you, your vibe, and your goals - so that we can not only make sure you're the right fit for the expedition, but even more importantly, it's the right fit for you. This allows us to truly meet every one of our guests where they are at, setting them up for the ride of their lives!
PRE-EXPEDITION
From the moment a guest registers, they are added to our Sportsense Remote coaching app, which allows them to upload riding clips for detailed visual feedback and ask questions. This, along with the expedition group chat, allows us to iron out any bad habits, answer any looming questions in real time, get a sense of who we'll be riding with, and ultimately, remove any pre-trip nerves, setting us up to hit the ground running when we meet in BC.
DAY 1
When the big day rolls around, we pick you up in the Ride-Hub dream machine at Vancouver Airport, and spirits are high as everyone meets in person, and we gear up for the adventure to come. A short drive up arguably the most scenic highway in the world brings us to our home away from home - RideHub HQ in Squamish. Here, we'll take full advantage of the in-house baristas and mechanics, while getting bikes dialled and bellies filled. After a welcome chat, we hop on the bikes for an easy pedal through Squamish’s lush coastal rainforest. Think perfect dirt, trees towering overhead, and guides that choose just the right trails to give you a lay of the land.
By dinner, your hand-picked crew will already feel like riding buddies you've known for years. What. A. Day.
DAY 2
This morning kicks off with coffee and a 'toolbox' meeting, where we celebrate yesterday’s wins and set our intention for today.
Starting with a coaching-focused ride in the morning helps the crew hone BC-specific skills, build confidence, and tease out new potential in each of our guests. With a good mix of tech and flow, the Diamondhead Network leaves us grinning from ear to ear and hungry for more.
After lunch, we hop in our private shuttle to reach sub-alpine singletrack with jaw-dropping valley views. The decents keep on giving - every turn, drop, and berm allows you to feel the progression in action.
Evenings are chill - a group dinner or solo explore while the stoke from the trails lingers, the choice is yours! Most riders usually 'hit the easy button' and join the group dinner, with our local guides calling ahead and pre-booking their favourite sports each evening.

DAY 3
Today, we get to dive into the world-famous Alice Lake trail network. We start with Jake’s Mental Strategy Workshop over our morning brew at RideHub Cafe, where the group learns practical tools ride smarter and calmer when things get tech.
Perfect timing (It's almost like we'd planned it 😉), because Alice Lake brings the full menu: flow, jumps, giant granite slabs, wooden bridges and those signature Squamish features.
We loop trails all day with on-bike coaching tips woven into the ride, and by the end, the group's confidence will have noticeably shifted.
Rolling down the hill and soaking in the views, we finish off an epic day and arrive at a local favourite Brewery/Restraunt, which your guides have pre-booked for you, of course. By now, you'll have experienced firsthand why Squamish is a bucket-list destination that riders flock to like seagulls!
That's all for today. You can sign up for our email list to hear about the rest of the BC MTB Expedition - or check out the expedition webpage here! - Jake
