This isn’t just another course or quick fix. The Full Circle Coaching Program is the result of over a decade of coaching experience and thousands of conversations with riders like you. Riders who are tired of bouncing from clinic to clinic, tip to tip, yet are still unsure how to unlock their full potential on the bike.
 

If you’re ready to ride stronger, faster, and with more control - while also reducing the risk of injury, crashing, and plateaus, then this might just be the step forward you’ve been searching for.​​

Here’s how we do it:

  • 5 Custom 1-on-1 Half-Day Coaching Sessions

These sessions are tailored entirely to your current level, goals, and riding vibe. Delivered in Squamish, BC (April-Sep), or Derby, Tas (Oct-Mar) at times that work for you, this is where we build your technical skillset with precision and purpose - helping you ride more confidently, with more control, and an enhanced ability to handle the challenges that previously held you back.

  • Bi-Weekly Skills & Drills Group Rides (remote & in-person options)

These rides are about one thing: Purposeful Practice. You’ll share the ride with other like-minded riders who are working through the same process, applying what you’re learning in real-time, in real trail environments. A great opportunity to get more mileage and feedback in a safe, supportive environment. Option to join Jake for the rides in person if you're in town, or join us remotely, practicing the same 'theme skill', then sharing wins and asking questions in the members' community afterwards.

  • Exclusive Online Skills Library

Filled with tutorials to help you begin building mental performance strategies that help you manage fear, self-doubt, and lack of focus. Think of this as your toolbox for staying composed, focused, and confident - on and off the bike. Getting to begin this process online ensures we make every session count once we hit the trails in person together!​​

 

  • Season-Long Remote Video Coaching

Using the SportSense App, you’ll submit video clips from your rides for detailed, personalized feedback. This ensures that you’re progressing week to week - even in between the in-person sessions. What does this look like? - More info here.

  • 12 Week MTB Strength & Mobility Training Plan

With 2 strength and 2 mobility workouts per week, this program takes you through a foundation of movement quality and baseline strength into heavier lifting and eventually explosive power, all while maintaining the mobility necessary for dynamic riding.

  • Direct Access to Me
