Service Description

4 two-hour sessions once per week, for beginner to intermediate riders who are new to Mountain Biking, or who are looking to re-program bad habits, from the beginning. Along with a small group of like-minded new riding buds, we build confidence and consistency by focusing on the Technical Skill component of riding, with a sprinkling of complementing Mental Techniques as we progress through the weeks. Starting by working on the foundations on comfortable terrain such as gravel paths and fields, we gradually dial up challenges in line with our building skillset, setting us up to successfully lap Green and Bule Singletrack with a newfound sense of conviction. ~About You: You’ve picked up Mountain Biking in the last season or two and have been out on some basic paths and trails. You know how to ride a bike but aren’t quite sure of the correct techniques to make Mountain Biking a safe and enjoyable experience. You’re looking for a boost in confidence so that you can enjoy riding ‘Green’ and ‘Blue’ mtb trails with friends and family, without falling behind.
