Service Description

4 two-hour sessions once per week, focused on building up all 4 components of Mountain Biking in unison. This course is for strong intermediate to advanced riders and picks up where Weeknight Warriors leaves off. Working together as a tight-knit group, we wind things back, pay attention to the details and learn the process. By leveraging the mind to work with the body, you'll discover how to maximize long-term progression and fun, whilst also minimizing the risk of injury or setbacks. With loads of time to session and receive personalized feedback, improvement is not only guaranteed, it is inevitable. Start with purposeful drills ensuring we fill any gaps in knowledge and get you operating on your A-game, both mentally and physically. Ride through the weeks as we explore a variety of terrain and challenges ripe for personal exploration. Rock Rolls, Roots, and Slabs, we have you covered. Graduate with a drops workshop for the finale. ~About You: You’ve got a year or few under your belt. You ride regularly and feel confident on Blue and Black trails in Squamish and beyond. After quite a bit of time in the saddle, you’re looking to take your riding to the next level. Whether you’ve hit a slump in progression, suffered a setback, or just want to have more fun, more often - this is the course for you!
